Shipping, delivery, and installation (if applicable) may be arranged by the dealer and are subject to the dealer’s policies, schedules, and fees. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
10. Warranty & Service
Warranties, if any, are described in the warranty documentation provided with your product. Warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized dealer in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
11. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are typically governed by the dealer’s policies and local laws. Please contact your authorized dealer for details.
12. User Content & Conduct
If the Site allows reviews, comments, or uploads (“User Content”), you grant Lake Country Campers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such User Content for Site operation and marketing. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAKE COUNTRY CAMPERS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

25. No Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Lake Country Campers regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
27. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
